Bespoke Balustrade

The Challenges

We undertook the whole balustrade package on this project complete with leather-wrapped handrails for a warm and soft-to-touch feel.

Also being powder coated in copper bronze mottled effect really gives a unique finish to the metal work.
All glass had been bespoke templated due to the sweeping curvature of the design.

We are delighted to undertake such a unique design and build project from start to finish, and thank you to the client for approaching Morgan Bros for this specialist project!

Glass Canopy

The Challenges

For this project, our team was contacted by the Eric Wright Group to design, manufacture and install several glass canopies for the Lancashire Business Park.

Glass canopies can be used on a much smaller scale domestically, to cover a walkway or protect a window.

They are popular because they allow maximum natural light to penetrate and yet they are durable, also their minimalist design makes them a desirable, modern, and stylish addition for any home or commercial site!

Glass Canopy & Powder Coated Steel Handrail

Here you can see Morgan Bros working for NHS Blackpool Victoria Hospital on the construction of this glass canopy and handrail, allowing wheelchair users suitable access to the building.

Working for local contractors, D&G Builders, our team met all deadlines and carried out a full design, manufacture, and installation process!

MB Series 1 Glass Panel Balustrade

Our client Eric Wright Construction Ltd awarded us the contract to manufacture, supply, and install various internal Staircases consisting of MB Series 1 Glass Panel Balustrade, as well as a series of Juliet Balconies!

Here you can see the stunning 42No. MB Series 5 Structural Glass Balustrades in the foyer area showcasing the ground and first floor.

Powder Coated Steel Balustrading

We’re particularly proud of the quick turn around for this project, which we were contracted to undertake by ICM Limited during a shop fit-out of Club 3000 Bingo Hall, Wigan.

With over two decades of experience, ICM Limited are industry leaders in designing, creating, and delivering bespoke shop fitting and office interiors.

Despite some challenges, our team delivered steel luminous powder-coated balustrading on time and to a high finish.

Manufacture Modern LED-Lit Staircase

The Challenges

We have worked in a number of industries, including health and care homes. Morgan Bros was asked to produce an LED-lit staircase for Gill Court, Blackpool that really has a wow factor!

Our team fabricated this bespoke metal central spine staircase and polyester powder coated it completely and added solid timber treads that were stained and polished as per request by the client.

All balustrades have been accompanied with 15mm toughened glass.

Manufacture Pre-Fabricated Balustrades

The Challenges

We are delighted to have supported Bowmer & Kirkland’s Project while they have led the development of the N.O.M.A Angel Gardens development!

Our team designed and manufactured pre-fabricated balustrades that were fitted to precast stairs at ground level before being craned into position on-site.

This allowed Bowmer & Kirkland to save time on installation and reduce the need for temporary edge protection!

Four Flights Of Galvanised Steel Staircase

The Challenges

Our specialist team is often contracted by some of the UK’s largest constructions companies to undertake work on important projects.

Raynor Rowen Construction asked us to deliver a package that included installing four flights

Our package included four flights of galvanised steel staircase complete with balustrade for ITV’s building in Media City, alongside various elements of secondary structural steelwork and chequer plate landings with associated balustrade edge protection.

Stainless Steel Powder Coated Balustrade

The Challenges

Morgan Bros was tasked with supporting the Newton-le-Willows train station redevelopment.

This train station is 200 years old and has certainly gone through many changes over the year.

Our team manufactured 60m worth of stainless steel and glass balustrade whilst also completing a DDA polyester powder coated balustrade and handrails for the stairs. We couldn’t be happier with the great work from our engineers who installed the balustrades for a very happy client.

Our team spends a lot of time working on commercial projects, but we are also often approached to be involved in domestic projects too.

For this project, we were asked to manufacture and install this stunning bespoke metal central spine staircase, featuring toughened glass balustrades.

The end result is a modern and stable staircase anyone would be happy to have in their home.
